Yalla! Play! offers architecture workshops where children and teenagers explore the built environment through creativity, observation, and hands-on making. Working alongside architects, artists, and storytellers, participants investigate architecture, cities, and public spaces through drawing, model-making, urban exploration, and imaginative design projects that encourage them to think critically about the world around them

Yalla! Play!'s construction workshops are inspired by the concept of a construction playground: an open environment filled with loose and often recycled materials that children can freely transform into their own creations. Guided by play workers who provide support and technical assistance when needed, participants build, experiment, and collaborate on their own terms, developing practical, social, and creative skills through play and hands-on construction..

Yalla Play is born from the dream of creating a permanent adventure playground in Brussels. Until this becomes reality, the focus remains on public space projects and architectural design workshops for children, working step by step towards a sustainable adventure playground in Brussels.
